Blogger Recognition Award 🙏


Wow I am totally surprised to receive notification that I have been nominated for a Bloggers Recognition Award by the lovely Abbey over at Abbeys Chronicles! You can read her blog on abbeyschronicles.com I have recently had the opportunity to work with Abbey on a blog post and I am so grateful that I have had the opportunity from such a talented lady to work with her and also for the nomination. It is beyond kind and extremely encouraging knowing that my little blog has been recognised in this way! Thank you again Abbey.

I am super stoked and so surprised by this and would therefore like to thank Abbey for nominating me and for being able to work with her! Thank you Abbey’s Chronicles.
The blogger recognition award is simply an award given by fellow bloggers to appreciate each others creativity and hardwork.

How it all began (my blog story)
I have always enjoyed writing and majored in acting and script writing. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression a few months ago and through my search to find my way back to ‘myself’ again I rediscovered my love for writing. It is a form of therapy for me and through this I really hope that I can in a small way contribute to spreading mental health awareness and break the stigmas around mental health disorders. In my search to find a better place writing has become my therapist and my escape from my mental health condition. It has enabled me to rediscover myself and taught me and is still teaching me so much about myself and my condition and for that I am eternally grateful. Without my diagnosis I would never have learnt the lessons I am learning whilst on this journey.

Advice to new bloggers.

I myself is a relatively new blogger so I am still learning as my blog and writing is developing. The only advice I would give is to stay true to your story and tell it the way only you know how. You’re the only one who can tell your story and no one can tell your story better than you.
